I had to go to a food safety course in the city yesterday for work. I did it a few years ago online, but because my boss wasn't organized I never got to take the test. It was pretty interesting doing it in a class setting. Learned a lot, but at the same time it was just refreashing my memory. The exam was surprisingly easy. Some of the questions ( Read more... )
